Liu, Cheng-Hsiang is the manager of Monet Ecology Co., Ltd., a supervisor of the Taiwan Wetland Restoration Association, and a master's degree in Bioenvironmental Systems Engineering at National Taiwan University. He has worked in an engineering technology consulting company for many years, so he has experience in ecological engineering, sewage treatment facility construction and planning.
Liu, Cheng-Hsiang has long been focusing on aquatic animals and plants in Taoyuan ponds and irrigation water towns, especially frogs and fish native to Taiwan. Cooperate with the Taipei City Environmental Protection Bureau to promote campus wetlands and water environment, and launch a "Wetland Ecological Understanding and Exploration" course at Zhudong Community College to guide nature-loving partners to discover the wonderful creatures and beautiful wetland landscapes of nature.
From 2013 to 2023, Liu, Cheng-Hsian went to the United States several times to participate in the International Wetland Scientists Annual Wetland Conference, and in 2022 he went to Geneva, Switzerland, to participate in the Biodiversity Conference (INTECOL). 現職為莫內生態有限公司經理，台灣濕地復育協會監事，台灣大學生物環境系統工程系碩士。曾經於工程技術顧問公司工作多年，因此具備生態工程、汙水處理設施施工及規劃經驗。
劉正祥長期專注桃園埤塘水圳的水生動植物，尤其是台灣原生種的蛙類及魚類。配合臺北市環境保護局開設推廣宣導校園濕地及水環境，並於竹東社區大學開設「濕地生態認識與探索」課程，引導喜愛自然的夥伴們去發掘大自然精彩的生物及美麗的濕地景觀。
從2013-2023曾多次赴美參加國際濕地科學家濕地年會，並於2022年至瑞士日內瓦，參加生物多樣性會議(INTECOL )，因此有許多田野參訪的經驗，因此協助本次田野參訪行程規劃。
