Dr. Kim Dung is a 24-year experienced lecturer and researcher at VNU HCMC – University of Science. She is in charge of teaching ecology, environmental policy, natural resource governance, and social science research methods at the university. Her recent research focuses on institutional analysis of protected wetland co-management, roles of stakeholders in wetland conservation and biological resource management, assessments of vulnerability and resilience of socio-ecological systems in the context of climate change; and wetland community livelihoods development in sustainable manners. She is currently the head of the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at VNU HCMC – University of Science.
