2024 SWS Annual Meeting Presentation Instructions - Oral Presentation & Poster Exhibition
Oral Presentation and Posters Exhibition are scheduled during November 12-14. All presenters are required to register for the SWS Annual Meeting. Please register for the meeting to enjoy the Early-Bird Registration Fee before July 15, 2024. Important Dates and Deadlines in 2024 for Abstract Presenters are as below:
- Early Bird Registration Deadline: before July 20.
- Registration Deadline for Abstract Presenters: before July 20.
- Oral and Poster Presentation Files Submission Deadline: Email to secretariat@sws2024.org before October 15.
- Registration Deadline for the SWS 2024 Annual Meeting: before October 15.
- Poster Pasting Schedule: 16:00-20:00 on November 11 and 07:00-09:00 on November 12.
For visa consultation and assistance, applicants with China passports or specific visa situation please provide the following information to the [2024 SWS Annual Conference Secretariat] at secretariat@sws2024.org before June 30:
1. Full name in both English and Chinese (if have)
2. Identity Card
3. Relevant professional attainments or job certificates
1. Oral Presentation Instructions
- Oral Presentation Duration: 12 minutes, adding Q&A 3 minutes.
- Oral Presentation Language: English.
- Oral Presentation File:
- Presentation slides in ppt, pptx or pdf
- Power point aspect ratio 16:9
- Video resolution 1080p recommended, 720p minimum. Please insert the videos and visual aids in the presentation slides.
- Oral Presentation Content: Please include abstract title, author name, organization and title, research purposes, research methodologies and research methodologies, etc.
- Equipment Available: laptop for Windows, projector, pointer, microphones.
- Oral Presentation Files Deadline: Email to secretariat@sws2024.org before October 15, 2024. If you fail to register for the conference or provide the Oral Presentation files before the deadline, the conference may withdraw your session.
2. Poster Exhibition Instruction & Poster Header
- Poster Header: Please click here to download the official poster header for your poster.
- Post Language: English.
- Poster Size: 90cm width x 120cm height. The poster will be designed and printed by the abstract author with 5-cm margin on each side.
- Poster Content: Please include abstract title, author name, organization and title, research purposes, research methodologies and research methodologies, etc.
- Poster Presentation: Poster presenters are requested to stay at the poster display area for opinion exchanges with the attendees during the Refreshment Break and Poster Session Mixer.
- Poster Pasting: Please print and paste your poster to the assigned position on site during 16:00-20:00 on November 11 or 07:00-09:00 on November 12, 2024. After the conference, please take off the poster with you.
- Poster Files Deadline: Email poster files in pdf to secretariat@sws2024.org before October 15, 2024. If you fail to register for the conference or provide the Poster files before the deadline, the conference may withdraw your session.
